Had ETPS install a SpringWell water purification and softening system. Mike was very professional and got here when he said he'd be here. Got everything done before 4pm and cleaned up everything after he was done, including taking away all the boxes the system came in.

I was in process of getting second opinion from Mike at East Tennessee Plumbing Solutions. He came out and beat the first offer by 2 times less. Mike was courteous and knowledgeable and finished job in half a day. Our electric tankless water heater needed to be replaced and Mike and his team were on it! They replaced it in under 2 hours and we have hot water again! They are always reliable and professional and we will definitely use them again!

Great work , got to my problem quickly and fixed it

Earlier this year, in early Spring, I had major problems with my septic system and drain fields. Mike and his son came out promptly in very cold and wet weather and found that the sewer system needed major work. It took a little while for the freezing weather to break for work to be started, and when they started, they had a very big job ahead of them. One drain field had to be redone and rerouted with the use of heavy equipment and two septic tanks had to have repairs. The price was quite fair for all the labor and material, and everything is still working fine months later.

The vent tube was very poorly installed on our water heater replacement, sloppy eyesore catches my attention every time I walk past it. The owner never came out to see it. The heavy smaller tank (for safety, I was told) was hanging on the wall by two drywall screws in drywall only; no studs, no anchors, and fell off the wall within a week. I climbed up there and anchored it properly. A water inlet on top of it was leaking. He sent a different installer out to check the leak, I was told "that's normal." I had to pay a different plumber to fix it.

Always comes out when I call for service, always does the job correctly and always fairly priced. Every now and then you find a company youll trust forever and wont bother calling anyone else. This is that company.

Mike answers calls, texts, shows up on time, does the work discussed, does it right, would use him again...old values work ethics!

I have been through numerous plumbing companies throughout the years and had yet to find a reliable/trustworthy company. That all changed when I met Mike, the owner of East Tennessee Plumbing Solutions. Every time I have called Mike he has answered or called me directly back. If it is an emergency he will do anything in his power to take care of you right away. He even showed up on a Saturday night in the middle of a snow/ice storm when our sewer line had backed up! Unlike many companies I've met in the past, Mike sets out to fix the issue at hand for good. This past Saturday, our daughter's condo had had a pipe freeze over and bust. Within an hour Mike had one of his employees at my daughter's condo fixing the plumbing issue. If anyone is looking to have a job done correctly and an honest/dependable plumbing company then ETPC is a the one to call!

James did a great job! This was a home warranty claim and he really put in the effort to get it done. I would not hire this company if I had to pay them directly. Prices are WAY too high. Wanted to charge me $500 to install a $25 access panel which would take about 5 minutes.

James went above and beyond what would normally be expected as he worked on our bathroom today; all repairs were completed professionally and expertly. I will definitely use East Tennessee Plumbing Solutions again!

We had a difficult, very deep main drain that was collapsed and under a concrete driveway. Easy Tennessee Plumbing Solutions did an excellent job in extreme heat. They cleaned up everything each day before they left. It was a big job but the cost was very reasonable. I recommend them 100%.

Have used Mike's services several times. Fixed my spetic pump tank and drain line issues. Also installed a new pressure valve. Great work done at a great price in a very very timely manner. Very friendly and listens and explains what is going with the work. Very great experience and will continue to use if there is an issue that needs to be done by a true professional.

Brian came to give an estimate, and they were able to do the job the same day! Since we were without water to the house until the main line was replaced, we greatly appreciated that they were willing to come so quickly and at the best price we could find from the handful of estimates! They were even willing to negotiate based on other estimates, but it was not necessary. Not only that but they provided the service of insulating our pipes that were most in danger of freezing. They were professional, kind, and did amazing work. We will remember them the next time we may need service!!

Made a call to East Tenn Plumbing Solutions about my water heater getting cold just after a few minutes They were to me with a new parts and installed it in a couple hours. I had a leaking and corroded copper pipe after a recent water heater install from a different plumbing company. I called East Tennessee Plumbing Solutions to get a repair quote and they ended up doing the repairs the very same day in under 2 hours. Their guys are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and do great work. The repairs ended up costing quite a bit less than their original quote, so that was a nice surprise. Drew was great! We had an upstairs tub that was leaking. He was able to quickly find the issue and fix it. Drew was very easy to work with and professional.

Mike and his crew came out to check a pipe for me. Once we realized it needed replaced mike assured he could get it done some day. They werent able to get started until late afternoon (bc of me) and I feared it wouldnt get done in time. His crew didnt stop at dark they made sure it was completely done before they left. This company goes above and beyond to assure the customer is satisfied. They will get all my future business for sure.
